However, the 24-year-old world No 2 believes the return of one of the all-time greats to the the PGA Tour could turbo-charge the season this year.
“I think with Tiger’s return realistically I can say based on what it does for ratings, what it does for maybe a non-golfer’s interest in golf, it’s got to be at the forefront of the excitement right now,” Spieth said.
