Koepka leads but Tiger on the prowl

Brooks Koepka extended his lead to three shots but Tiger Woods was on the charge as the leaders got under way in the final round of the US PGA Championship.

A birdie on the first moved two-time defending US Open champion Koepka to 13 under after three holes but the roars reverberating around Bellerive Country Club were for Woods, who moved into second after two birdies in his first four.

Defending champion Justin Thomas was also ten under after six holes, a shot clear of Spaniard Jon Rahm, Australian duo Adam Scott and Jason Day, and American Rickie Fowler.
